This is a 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet finished in silver with a black leather interior and 68,000 miles on the clock.
The 996 is the internal designation for the Porsche 911 model that was manufactured and sold between 1998 and 2005. On its debut, the 996 featured the most significant changes to the Carrera model since its 1963 introduction, namely the water-cooled engine replacing the previously air-cooled unit. Other changes included a sleeker body with a more steeply raked windshield and a redesigned interior. The performance characteristics remained superb with reliability at its core.
Supplied by Riverdale Porsche Brighton, this lovely example is presented in silver with a black power hood and a black leather interior. It comes with a six-speed manual gearbox, Xenon lights, rear park assist sensors, stainless steel exhaust tip and entry guards and the car sits on 18” Turbo alloys. The car is slightly scruffy in some areas but nothing you wouldn't expect from a car of this age.
Accompanying the car is a full Porsche service history (mixture of main Porsche dealership and Porsche specialist) - it was last serviced on 9th October 2019 at 63,836 miles. The history file contains many old invoices and old MoT test certificates, logbook, manuals, service book, oil kit and the car has only had 5 previous owners.
Fitted with new Pirelli P-Zero tires and accompanied by a factory hard top, the car is in fine overall condition and great driving order with an advisory free MoT until August 2022.
These are timeless classics and still give great performance, giving most modern day sports cars a run for their money!
